We’ve been into Ryota Nozaki aka Jazztronik since 1999, when we stumbled onto a 12 inch dropped the year before, and we never looked back. there are classic Jazztronik tracks that stand alone, and entire albums that you can just press play on and go. He never fails to impress and amaze us. A talented DJ (Check for his “Jazztronica” compilations) and brilliant pianist, everybody has at least one favorite Jazztronik track, even if they don’t know it’s him playing. Ryota has taken on the challenge of pushing the boundries of dance music and has successfully met and in many cases surpassed that challenged. All without singing a single note or a tabloid scandal. A quiet man who lets the music speak for him, Jazztronik has worked with great vocalists and introduced worldwide audiences to sounds from Japan’s underground.
